We are just back from Brazil, the city Salvador in the state Bahia.
This website will show our experiences with a photoworkshop that we organized with children between 9 and 14 years, in the slum area called Urugay. The workshop was organized by Gallery Arps&Co (www.arpsgallery.com) from Amsterdam. Of course the work had to be done together with Mestre Pedro, Iron Foot, founder of the capoeiraschool in the movietheater and his Association of the Children of the Rising Sun and the group of volunteers that makes this school possible.
